Hazards
At our event, the main hazard for individuals with disabilities is the dark environment, as we turn off the lights to create the “dancing in the dark” experience. While most people’s night vision adapts, this can be challenging for those with visual impairments. We recommend that attendees with mobility or vision impairments bring a companion for support and inform our team at check-in for assistance. The dance floor can also get crowded, so we encourage all participants to move with care and be mindful of their surroundings for everyone's safety.
Toilet location
Toilets are located on the right-hand side of the building when entering the main entrance.
Accessible parking
There is accessible parking available.
Climate Control
The hall has air conditioning, and we have an industrial pedestal fan to aid in keeping everyone cool while dancing up a sweat!
