Dancing for adults has never been so cool! If you’re looking for fun ways to get fit, lose weight, and exercise, then dancing in the dark is for you!

There’s no fitness or dance instructor at Lights Out sessions! This is our hour to just switch off from our busy lives and dance.

With an abundance of great health benefits for the mind, body, and soul, Lights Out is an exciting cardio session with a difference.

When the lights go out, we don’t care what we look like, how we dance, or what anyone else thinks. In the dark, we truly let go of inhibitions and JUST DANCE.
