CONNECTION & ACTIVATION EXERCISES

Because safety isn’t merely the absence of a threat, but is the presence of a connection. Intention here is to ACTIVATE and UNLEASH your UN-LIMITED, JOYFUL, HEART-CENTRED, AUTHENTIC SELF through RADICAL shifts in physiology, and then CONNECTING with yourself and those around you!!! 🔥 Seriously fun connection and play ✅

2. CACAO, GINSING, & ESSENTIAL OIL OFFERING

An offering of some medicinal stimulants prepared with loving intention to drop you even deeper into your state of heart-centredness, connectedness, and joyful self-expression <3

3. YOGA QIGONG

I’ve been playing around teaching Yoga and Qi Gong for just over 3 years now and I’ll tell you WHAT is a MAJOR passion point of mine!! I ADORE being able to reallllllly drop into the body, cleanse and activate that channel for Spirit to express through in perfect authenticity and harmony with reality, and just directly cultivate that ease, energy, and elation baby ;) which is exactly what we will do ✅

4. THE “BREMANI” RITUAL

A full sensory immersive breath-work and manifestation ritual combining some of my most ADORED practices for directly and powerfully accessing and establishing your state of GENIUS and super-coherence as a psycho-physiological baseline!!!! (fuck YES!!!) 😍⚕️😍⚕️ 🌌

5. INCANTATIONS

Literally white magic, spell casting and source-ery to call forth your highest expression and catalyse the fruition of the pure desires of your HEART (your purpose) - purifying, activating, and consecrating your “channel” so that your mind and body may act even MORE effectively as instruments for the divine will of your Spirit and true Self. I’m so excited about this part because the group energy is going to be fucking IMMENSE after that manifestation ritual!!!!!

6. ECSTATIC DANCE

I’ve been putting together some of the most delicious ecstatic dance tracks and we are going to have the most outrageous dance together!!! Bringing the whole set up. This is an opportunity to MOVE, to love, worship, and adore yourself, to experience the joy of unhindered self-expression - which you will be absolutely primed for after the previous parts of this event - leading to the dance like a crescendo ;) we are SO in for it

7. DINNER

Will be serving an organic, gf, vegan meal for total nourishment and grounding. Connect with your high vibing community and feel the excitement and inspiration to re-engage with your spirit fuelled rhythm ;)

Intention for these events is to absolutely CATALYSE our self-actualisation, get ACTIVATED and INSPIRED and return into our life rhythms with MOMENTUM and PASSIONNNNNNN!!! That “I AM UNSTOPPABLE, EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING BY MIRACULOUS, SERENDIPITOUS SYNCHRONICITY” ENERGY!! - from a place of DEEP alignment and connection.

“Those who seek the truth together, more shall they surely find.”

I swear to God there is SO much power in gathering together with like intent… it generates this ridiculously powerful energy field that facilitates pure goodness. We are so blessed to have a community that can resonate with and amplify this!!

We can fully utilise a like intention, channeled into extraordinarily powerful practices to create a POWERFUL, lasting impression on our subconscious minds, so that we can live in an even deeper alignment with our Spirit, and experience and express the all-encompassing freedom, bliss, aliveness, ENERGY, and sense of well-being that (truly) comes from that!! ✅✅✅⚕️ 🕊️ 🌌

This is playing with white magic and source-ery to expedite self-actualisation; our capacity to joyfully be instruments and extensions of love!! To invoke our true self to incarnate, to embody, and to be made manifest wherever that divine inspiration and communion calls it to be.

"Whatever you give, you must be the source of" ; "what you give, grows"

Another intention is for us to utilise the power of the "Service to Others" principle, to RADICALLY create expansion. Giving/Receiving is the portal of abundance and wholeness that is the essence of "Service to Others". We will energise and connect with the Service to Others principle together, using it to expedite the manifestation of our dreams and pure desires, returning to our rhythms with brilliance and radiance. Simply put, we will get what we want by helping others get the same thing - literally what I'm doing right now!!! hehehe

and even though our expressions of service may be unique, we can come together to compound the advancement of consciousness - and that is the intelligence and energy that will exalt our expression of service, and the power, joy, and coherence with which it is delivered.
