Lilacs in the Arboretum

Photo opportunities abound year round at the Arnold Arboretum, but especially in the spring when the lilacs are blooming

Lilac Sunday (scheduled for Mother’s Day, May 12) is the Arboretum’s signature event, drawing thousands of visitors to view the collection and walk the grounds. On this workshop we will visit the Lilac collection first and then other parts of the park, like the nearby Maples collection. We will meet at the Hunnewell Building at 8 am and take a 10 minute walk to the lilacs
