Update. Thursday Morning. I think we are pretty well full up, which is cool!! Email me if you'd like to get details for Liminal 3. Or call me 021511303 - Derek.

Join us for an afternoon of practical tools and fresh insight to help adults with ADHD understand their rhythms, reduce overwhelm, and gain clarity.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding how you’re wired — and working with it.

You’ll leave with fresh insight and some ADHD appropriate practical strategies grounded in what feels realistic and doable — along with genuine connection and shared experience in a welcoming, encouraging space.

What you will learn:

ADHD: a brief history, the pain, hope, and lived experience
Emotional Regulation (very important to those with ADHD in their whanau)
Executive functioning: The usual suspects: time blindness, planning, hyperfocus, body doubling
Dopamine: motivation and energy (or the lack of it)
