Come to Fisherman's Beach in Collaroy and join certified Breathwork and Ice Bath instructors, Brad and Candi to experience Breathwork and Ice Baths on Sunday 22/12 at 7:00am

Meet on the sand on the northern end of Fisherman's Beach in Collaroy. Parking on Florence Avenue.

Come a little earlier to enjoy the sunrise. Breathwork will start at 7:00am sharp. Event should be finished approx 8:30am

PLEASE BRING:
- 2 bags of ice per person
- $10 gratitude donation per person (bring cash on the day or EFT if needed)
- Towel/blanket, swimmers (warm clothes, socks and blanket for breathwork while it's still chilly)
- Friends & family welcome
- A big smile and good vibes

• Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic)
• Detached Retina
• Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
• Epilepsy
• History or diagnosis of aneurisms
• Cardiovascular problems
• History of seizures
• Severe Asthma
• Heart disease
• Heart conditions
• Diabetes
• Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
• Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
• Adverse reactions from recent C Jab

ICE BATH CONTRAINDICATIONS
Due to the stress that cold water immersion puts in the body there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend.

These are:

Any heart condition
Stroke
Epilepsy
Raynaud’s syndrome
Cold Urticaria
Pregnancy
Anxiety or panic disorder
Histamine allergy
Chill Blains
