Join us for a transformative experience centered around letting go, to create more space within as we step out of Winter and move into Spring - an 'inner Spring Cleanse'.
Through guided conscious breathwork, sound healing and meditation, you'll release old patterns and create space within for new beginnings. Embrace the Season's natural change as you let go of what no longer serves you, making way for fresh energy and inner peace.

  • Breathwork Journey: Guide participants through a breathwork session designed to cleanse and energise. Incorporate imagery of breathing in the fresh, floral scents of spring and exhaling any stagnant energy. The breathwork can be gentle yet powerful, mirroring the emergence of new life in nature
  • Guided Meditation: Journey inward with a powerful meditation to align your mind, body, and spirit, supporting you to embody more light and energy whilst fostering a deep sense of peace and inner harmony.
  • Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound, using instruments like crystal bowls, shamanic drum and others to deepen your meditative state and sense of relaxation.

WHAT TO EXPECT

On arrival, please make your way up the stairs and place your belongings in the space provided in the studio. If you are early, please feel free to get comfortable in the waiting area.

Please then find a spot - yoga mats and bolsters are provided and set up for you. 

  • We will begin with light introduction to the facilitators, the intentions of the event and prepare you for your breathwork journey.
  • We will guide you through heart warming and opening meditation and after we embark on the breathwork journey where we release any remaining tension and bring bliss and light into our hearts.
  • After you will experience guided meditation with sound healing
  • Post journey, we welcome you to stay to tune into yourself and journal what may have come up for you during the experience.

ABOUT US

SOL Rituals - Enza Venuto

Enza, founder of SOL Rituals, is a Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Sound and Reiki Practitioner. Enza began practicing meditation over 15 years ago, initially as a way to improve overall wellness, and now also to connect inwards and deepen her understanding of self. With her professional experience in the corporate world, she understands the pressures of finding balance between the practicalities of everyday life and fostering inner connection and peace. Enza now passionately guides others through SOL Rituals, weaving together a blend of mindfulness practices and healing modalities such as Meditation, Yoga, Sound Healing, Reiki Healing and Ceremonies to empower and nurture greater self-awareness and inner growth.

Beyond Breath Lab - Daniela Hajkova

Daniela is a certified breathwork instructor and the founder of Beyond Breath Lab. Daniela embarked on her transformative breathwork journey five years ago. At a time when she felt a profound sense of something missing in her life, Daniela realised she was yearning to reconnect with her true essence and soul. Through breathwork, she discovered a path to inner peace and wholeness. Now, she is deeply passionate about guiding others on this journey of self-discovery and healing. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I bring?
Blankets, yoga mats and bolsters are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own
Water bottle (although tea will be provided)
An open mind and heart
A journal (if you wish to write down your intentions or about your experience)

What should I wear?
Something comfortable you can relax in. The room will be heated

What time should I arrive?
12:50-12:55pm so you have time to settle in and get comfortable. We will commence at 1:00-1:05pm and doors will be shut.

Who can attend?

All are welcome, no prior experience required

ARE THERE ANY RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH BREATHWORK SESSIONS?

DISCLAIMER: Breathwork offers many potential benefits, but certain conditions may create risks for some individuals. It is essential to read all questions in Beyond Breath Lab Waiver above carefully before deciding if Breathwork is right for you, and let your health practitioner know about any concerns before participating. There are some contraindications including but not limited to pregnancy, glaucoma, high blood pressure not controlled with medication, cardiovascular disease, aneurysm in the brain or abdomen, uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes, asthma (if you have an inhaler, bring it to the session), epilepsy, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia diagnosis or previous psychiatric hospitalisation within the last ten years; other medical or physical conditions that impair the ability to engage in intense physical/emotional release.

A positive answer does not necessarily exclude you from participating but may require medical clearance first. So, reviewing all questions in the waiver carefully and indicating any relevant personal situations before engaging in Breathwork activities is essential.

CAN I ATTEND A BREATHWORK SESSION IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OLD?

Yes, you can attend a breathwork session if you are under 18 years old, but only with the supervision of an adult. This ensures that the breathwork session is conducted in a safe and secure environment for everyone involved.

In addition to safety considerations, breathwork sessions are likely to be more appropriate for those aged 18 and above. This is because adolescents may not have the emotional maturity or life experience needed to understand or benefit from such a technique.
