Linda Peek is a writer, blogger, and businesswoman, whose beautiful memoir about her mother’s childhood in Malta during WWII is a true story of survival. Margaret Staples was 9 years old in 1939 when her father was posted to Malta with the Royal Engineers. Margaret and her sisters thought they were in paradise, but everything changed when WWII broke out and the bombings began.
After the talk, there will be a chance to meet the author for book signings.
