Lindsay Clark finds balance between traditional folk, english folk, country, and her own version of experimental folk that seems to stem from her soul. With influences ranging from the Beach Boys, Elizabeth Cotton, Joni Mitchell, Appalachian folk, her classical upbringing, and her father's record collection, she blends many worlds into a uniquely warm sound. She has carved out a unique and vibrant place as an artist with her penchant for poetry, rich harmony, and a style of self-taught fingerpicking influenced by Nick Drake, John Fahey, and others.
Originally from the small gold rush town of Nevada City, CA, she now resides in Portland, OR. Her sound has been described as “folk with angelic vocals washing over smooth edges” (1859 Magazine). She has shared the stage with musicians such as Alela Diane, Nat Baldwin (Dirty Projectors), Adam Torres, Ryan Francesconi (Joanna Newsom), Laura Gibson, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith and Michael Hurley. “Crystalline” was released in 2018 via boutique German label Oscarson. Her forthcoming album features William Tyler, Alela Diane, Sage Fisher (Dolphin Midwives), Alexis Mahler (Shook Twins) & Andy Rayborn (Paper Gates) and was engineered, co-produced, co-arranged with Jeremy Harris (Devendra Banhart/Vetiver), with additional engineering by Ryan Oxford (Y La Bamba) and Brandon Eggleston (Modest Mouse), out 6/24/22 via Audiosport Records (NL). She has also recently contributed to vocals on Michael Hurley's latest release, Time of the Foxgloves (No Quarter Records).

Michael Hurley is an American folk singer-songwriter who was essential to the Greenwich Village folk music scene of the 1960s and 1970s. In addition to playing a wide variety of instruments, Hurley is also a cartoonist and a painter. His music has been described as "outsider folk". Michael Hurley could be called the godfather, or grandfather, of ‘freak-folk” but the Oregon-based singer, songwriter, artist and storyteller’s roots go back to his childhood in rural Pennsylvania and early forays into New York City, where he found kindred spirits like Peter Stampfel, Sam Shepard and the Holy Modal Rounders. The 2019 inductee into the Oregon Music Hall of Fame has, in recent years, been embraced by the likes of Devendra Banhart and Byron Coley, both of whom have released his albums on their labels. But all along, Hurley has marched to his own drummer, as a truly original American artist.

Luke Wyland is an American interdisciplinary artist, composer, performer, and arts organizer who achieved international success as the multi-instrumentalist, singer and founder of the art-pop band AU (2005-2013). He has toured extensively throughout North America and Europe and has released records on New Amsterdam Records (US), Beacon Sound (US), The Leaf Label (EU), Aagoo (US), Hometapes (US), Crammed Discs (EU), Inpartmaint (Japan), and Pop Frenzy (Australia), amongst others. His current project, Methods Body, is a collaboration with virtuosic drummer John Niekrasz. Their debut album is out now on New Amsterdam Records and Beacon Sound. As a stutterer, Wyland’s approach to music is informed by his idiosyncratic relationship with language. The cadences of broken speech and use of technology as an aid in communication are fundamental to his musical vocabulary. Working with bespoke tuning systems and time manipulation technologies, he highlights his relationship to communication through novel sounds and rhythms.
