Event description

With over 950 million members, LinkedIn is the largest professional network in the world. This workshop is an introduction on how to use LinkedIn for your business. You will learn how to optimise your profile, utilise networking opportunities, increase brand visibility, and craft content to drive leads.

 

This workshop will cover:

  • Understanding how LinkedIn works so you can use it to best effect!

  • How to create and edit your LinkedIn profile;

  • How to create effective content including:

    • Creating a good LinkedIn post;

    • Searching and making connections; and

    • Commenting and networking.

By the end of this workshop, you will understand how to use LinkedIn to expand your network and market your business including creating effective content and networking.

 

Presenter: Corrie Dark

Corrie has over 20 years' experience in digital advertising, developing strategies for globally-recognised brands. Her knowledge extends from the topline customer targeting, marketing, social media and online sales. Her focus is on finding the most effective strategies for businesses to ensure time is spent wisely in the most channels.

Eligibility Requirements

We encourage potential participants to review eligibility requirements before registering. Eligibility requirements include:

  • businesses with under 20 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) employees

  • be a Queensland, Northern Territory or Western Australia-based business

  • hold an active Australian Business Number (ABN)
