LinkedIn Local North Shore
Event description
LinkedIn Local - North Shore
Topic: How to turn potential into profits
Guest Speaker:
Alex Quinn
Who is Alex Quinn?
In her early twenties Alex was working 75+ hours a week in finance. I knew I wanted money and time freedom, and moved countries and jobs to find what I was looking for.
It still didn’t feel like enough, and I still didn’t feel good enough. I took on more study, I took on different jobs. Still not enough. I started my own accountancy business, hoping this would be the key to freedom. Instead I encountered stress and strain in all areas of my life.
It wasn’t until I discovered the teachings of Bob Proctor that I realised I had been working on the wrong dream all along. I had been held back by cultural restraints and was living my parents dream. Now I was free to live the life I wanted. I don’t want anyone else to waste 20 years of their life on the hamster wheel living someone else’s dream. I am passionate about helping business owners to take back control of their lives!

LinkedIn Local is a global movement that aims to strengthen online professional relationships and build offline connections. The purpose of hosting a LinkedIn Local event is to bring together professionals from different industries, backgrounds, and experiences in a local community to connect and engage in meaningful conversations.
The goal of a LinkedIn Local event is to provide a platform for attendees to build relationships, expand their networks, and learn from one another. These events are typically held in person and are focused on facilitating human connections, rather than promoting sales or marketing efforts.
LinkedIn Local North Shore recognises the Traditional Owners of the lands of Hornsby Shire, the Darug and GuriNgai peoples, and pays respect to their Ancestors and Elders past and present and to their Heritage. We acknowledge and uphold their intrinsic connections and continuing relationships to Country.
