Event description

LinkedIn Local Northshore presents "Health and Wellbeing" and is coming to the city

Enjoy a wonderful evening with Networking and wonderful speakers with a focus on health and wellbeing.

And yes, it has been a while since the team has put on an event and it's a different location this time as well.

This is being held on the 26 June 2024 between 6 pm and 8 pm.

The charity for the night is Bowel Cancer New Zealand (as June is Bowel Cancer Month) and this is dear to me as I go through my current journey of fighting this myself over the last 7 months.

Details are:

  • M.C for the night is John Maybury
  • Speaker one is Alex Pledger (ex-Breaker’s basketball player who has recovered from bowel cancer himself)
  • Other speakers to be announced soon.
  • Location is The Studio at 104 Fanshawe Street, Auckland City (Stuart and Keri Little kindly donated their premises)

This is a ticketed event, and the price includes finger food and two drinks. (As part of our host responsibilities, we will provide two drinks, and then after that, it is pay-as-you-go). Net proceeds will be donated to Bowel Cancer New Zealand after costs.

To help with the event, the following sponsors have come on board with:

  • Angela Campbell from Ours to Live Coaching
  • Murray Phillps from Cash Out Catalyst
  • Doug White from Finsol Mortgage Brokers
  • Stuart Little from Agency 8
  • Keri Little from KLP
