LinkedIn SUPERCONNECT Networking [F2F] #LinkedInLocalPerth
Event description
Catch up with and meet your LinkedIn connections and larger network in person while learning about LinkedIn, networking and building your professional brand.
SUPERCONNECT presented by Dr. Kate Raynes-Goldie
Get ready for a speed networking session like no other.
Using the proven power of LEGO® Serious Play®, a method developed by LEGO and used by global brands worldwide, you'll find yourself making deep and authentic human connections in a way that is fun and uplifting... and unlike anything else you've ever tried.
Get ready to laugh, play, be surprised... but most of all create some magical connections with your next client, business partner, or newest best friend.
Your session host
Dr. Kate Raynes-Goldie is a multi award-winning designer, researcher, futurist and innovation columnist who helps organisations supercharge their most powerful resource - the humans who work for them.
Kate has worked with organisations like Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Deakin University, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, Microsoft, Mozilla Foundation, the Australian Computer Society, the RAC (WA) and the Department of Finance (WA) to unleash their curiosity and empower their people. Her workshops incorporate LEGO® Serious Play®, a methodology used by global brands like IKEA, Virgin and Samsung to boost innovation, creativity and connectivity.
As a certified facilitator, Kate has witnessed the power of curiosity and play as universal tools for human connection, and this has inspired her to expand her work outside the boardroom with Lovego® - a powerful dating methodology that empowers fierce professional women to have the same success in relationships as they have in business. And, because it’s powered by LEGO® bricks, it makes dating fun again.
At heart, Kate is a curious pioneer with a fascination for a future yet to exist. She's a globally recognised thought leader on innovation, a TEDx speaker and her work has been featured at the Toronto International Film Festival, the National Theatre in London and the new WA Museum.
