The breathing rhythm literally gently pulls you in to a deep meditative state of relaxation, an “altered state of consciousness” where the conscious mind or “Ego” loosens it’s grip and you reach deeper parts of your consciousness where the true answers lie and where energy blocks can be accessed and released.

Emma trained in Yin Breathwork (also known as Rebirthing Breathwork) in November 2022 with Daniel Coates “Suntara” and his wife Rosarmy, the founders of the worldwide Yin Breathwork movement. Emma say's that this style of breathwork and her training completely changed her entire life.

Since her training Emma has facilitated over 170 sessions combined between 1:1 and groups. She also has had the privilege of assisting “Suntara” regularly on his Yin Breathwork Sound Journey’s in Australia and in Bali as an assistant at his 7 day Yin Breathwork Facilitator trainings.
