What is a Yoga Nidra Journey?

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep, is a guided relaxation technique, practised lying down in complete comfort. While the body rests deeply, the mind remains gently aware, allowing the nervous system to settle and creating space for deep relaxation, clarity and restoration.

Each Yoga Nidra journey with Vanessa Caruso (The Healing Promoter) is thoughtfully designed around a unique theme. Along the way, you will experience gentle breath awareness, grounding, healing frequencies, sound, visualisation and quiet reflection, creating a deeply restorative experience that nourishes your whole being.

No experience is necessary, just bring yourself, something warm and comfortable to wear and an open mind.
