Take a deeply relaxing journey in sound to let go of stress and anxiety, release trauma and bring you to a space of peace and joy.
Bringing together gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, medicine drum, voice and other vibrational instruments, Heidi leads this deep sound meditation.
Each session starts with a breath meditation to allow you to let go and come into the space of healing. This may include stretching the body and voice as we tap into the power of our own sounds to release stress and promote self healing.
This is followed by deeply relaxating 45 minute sound bath, allowing you to relax, release and renew with the vibrations of the gongs, singing bowls, medicine drum, voice and other instruments.
Studies looking into the effects of sound immersion have shown the healing effects of sound. Participants are able to enter a state of deep relaxation, allowing the release of stress and enter a state where self healing is possible. Research has shown that sound meditation can:
