Do you sometimes feel “too much”? That your feelings are dismissed, your intuition ignored, or your emotions labelled as overreacting? You’re not crazy!... and this circle is your invitation to reconnect with what your body and intuition are really telling you.

Listen to Yourself...You’re Not Crazy is a hands-on, embodied women’s circle where we explore how to notice, trust, and act on your inner guidance. Through music, subtle energy exercises, gentle movement, and intuitive practices, you’ll strengthen your ability to sense "yes/no" signals from your body, mind, and spirit while staying safe, seen, and supported.

This is about practical, felt learning, not just reflection or visualisation.

🌀 What to Expect:

Ground & tune in: Notice what your body is really saying through the tension, warmth, pull, or stillness, without overthinking.
Theme activation: Understand why feeling “too much” is actually your body trying to guide you, and why your feelings are signals, not problems.
Music immersion: Feel the message of a song in your body, noticing where it lands and what it reveals about your inner guidance.
Intuition in action: Practice subtle, hands-on exercises using your energy, body, and simple tools to sense "yes/no" answers from your inner guidance.
Naming & claiming: Optional sharing circle to name moments you’ve doubted yourself, and reclaim trust in the signals your body and intuition give you.
Embodied regulation: Gentle swaying, toning, and movement to help your nervous system integrate new ways of listening to yourself.
Anchor your learning: Reflect, journal, and set a simple intention to carry this intuitive practice into your week.

🌀 What to Bring:

Use your intuition to bring something small to place in the central altar (don't overthink or double guess it! and yes, you will take it home, fully charged with powerful circle energy)
Wear something comfy - we sit on the floor
Journal, pen and water bottle
An open heart
I will also have some crystal pendulums available to purchase on the night
