Listening to the Body’s Wisdom: Integrating IFS and Somatic Practices
April 30 – May 3, 2026
Join IFSI Solo Lead Trainer, Fran Booth, for a retreat-style workshop to deepen the integration of somatic work into your IFS practice.
“Find it in the body” is a central tenet of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) healing process. This experiential workshop weaves together guided somatic meditations, embodiment exercises, didactic teaching, demonstrations, and dyad practice to cultivate the essential skills needed to track, trust, and integrate the body’s vital information.
This workshop supports growth both personally and professionally. As we more fully understand and engage our own somatic experience, we deepen somatic awareness, strengthen our capacity to embody Self-energy, and enhance our ability to support clients on their unique healing journeys.
