Supported by special guest Ledz (UK/ADl) returning to Adelaide to grace us with all she has evolved into during her journey on the UK DnB scene.

L-SIDE

Born in São Paulo, Brazil, L-Side has become a key figure in the global Drum & Bass scene, known for his fusion of deep basslines with funk and soul influences. Starting his journey in hip-hop and rock, his passion for beat production led him to discover Drum & Bass, drawing inspiration from pioneers like Marcus Intalex and DJ Marky.

In 2011, his breakthrough came with "Horn Dance" on V Recordings, setting the stage for an acclaimed career. With releases on major labels like V Recordings, Chronic, and Hospital Records, L-Side has collaborated with heavyweights such as DRS, Total Science, MC GQ, and Jeru The Damaja. His 2018 debut album, "Carnal Mind," further cemented his status, featuring a lineup of influential artists and showcasing his distinct, high-energy sound.

With a signature style blending deep basslines, funk, and soul, L-Side quickly became a sought-after producer. His remixes and originals have consistently topped charts and become staples in DJ sets worldwide.

L-Side has graced iconic venues like Fabric and XOYO in London and played at premier festivals including Tomorrowland, Outlook, and Sun & Bass. His energetic sets and innovative productions have earned support from industry legends like Carl Cox, Fabio & Grooverider, and DJ Marky, solidifying his reputation as one of Drum & Bass’s most respected artists.

L-Side remains at the forefront of Drum & Bass, blending cutting-edge production techniques with deep-rooted musicality, alongside fresh releases and high-profile collaborations. His dedication to quality and evolution has solidified his status as one of the genre’s most respected figures, shaping the future of Drum & Bass with every new track and performance.

LEDZ

Adelaide born, now Bristol based, Ledz relocated to the UK in 2017 to immerse herself in its rich music culture. With a reputation for her eclectic, high-energy, and technical DJ sets, she’s played at iconic venues including O2 Academy Bristol, Lakota, Cross Club, The Volks, Steelyard, Thekla, Purple Turtle, Wigwam, and more.

As a producer, Ledz has released music on labels like SINE Audio, Rebel Music, Guidance Music, Bowlcut Beats, Lifestyle Music, Boey Audio, Drum Army, Four Corners, Noxious Records, and others. Her tracks have picked up support from artists such as René Lavice, Fre4knc, Quadrant & Iris, Revaux, Dilemma, and Charli Brix, with multiple tunes featured on René’s BBC Radio 1 show, where she’s also contributed two guest mixes.

After taking some time out, Ledz has returned to launch a new mix series titled “Cat & Bass”, and has self-released a new single titled “Adelaide Pigeon Statue”.

Previously, Ledz was involved in the inaugural Dub Wars production battle. She’s also been a resident for Bristol collectives Rotations, Concrete Jungyals and Goat Shed, The Ones and Twos on Fresh92.7, and The Usual Suspects on Soundpond.
