LIT LARVAE INTENSIVE #1 | PALMERSTON

Hey! Are you a young person interested in exploring textiles, design and costume creation PLUS much more? 

LIT LARVAE is a creative program for QueerTrans, Intersex, Gender Diverse or questioning people aged 14-20 years from the Darwin and Palmerston region. Providing mentorship from local queer arts practitioners offering skills development in design, costume, event production and the art of textiles.

The Intensives are experimental multimodal art play days where participants are introduced to various art materials and practices in a ‘come-and-try’ format. 

Light vegetarian lunch and snacks will be provided. Please notify of any allergies/preferences e.g. gluten free/vegan.

From this young people are invited to be part of the 8 week creative program held at Darwin Community Arts, UNTiTLED gallery+studio leading to the celebration event on Saturday 3 December 2022.
