Few places leave a sensory imprint quite like Fremantle/Walyalup.

Discover how to capture that feeling on the page in this immersive 2-hour writing workshop led by Rachelle Erzay and Alison Middleton.

Explore how place can become more than a backdrop, shaping story, character and atmosphere, before heading out into the Port City with notebook in hand to experience it through all five senses.

You'll return to transform your observations into an original piece of flash fiction or poetry, leaving with fresh inspiration and practical tools to bring place vividly to life.

Things to note:
- this is a free workshop but  bookings are essential.
