Welcome to join us for the walk there and back and/or participating in Parkrun.
Meet at LBH Summer Hill at 7:30 fill up our walk bottles, chat and get to the park by 8am.
Parkrun is free, and open to anyone who wants to jog, run or walk the 5km course.
