Looking for a fun way to help your child relax, focus, and feel calm this October school holidays? 🌟 Join us at Enfield Community Centre for an exciting and interactive workshop designed especially for kids aged 5 to 11!

Your child will discover the power of their breath through playful activities and simple mindfulness techniques. They’ll learn:

All guided by our friendly, experienced instructors from The Big AL Foundation.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parent/guardian attendance and participation required – it’s a great way to support your little one and learn alongside them!
