Event description

Not breakfast, not dinner! … women are busy with their own lives, work, family, and recreation … so lunch it is. Fearless Women is hosting a series of lunchtime talks throughout the year. Our little lunches will bring women (and men) together for networking and for inspiration from an interesting and notable female speaker.

Guest Speaker Forensic Scientist Annalise Wrzeczycki

Currently with DFAT Annalise’s says a career in forensic science is both challenging and rewarding. Her work life has been full of ‘little CSI moments’ – lots of small wins that add up to the big wins. Including her work on the Lindt Café siege case and during the extrication of Australia’s presence on Afghanistan in 2021.

Annalise will talk about how and why she became a forensic scientist and what she really does plus the challenges of being a woman in science.

Join us for a quirky pick-me-up forensic lunch.

Venue: Yellow Edge, 9 Sydney Avenue, Barton

Cost $55

Lunches will be provided. Seating for this event is not assigned.
