Risk & Safety Notice

Little Motor Co play sessions involve active, hands-on play and the use of toys, vehicles and play equipment. As with any children’s play activity, there are inherent risks including falls, bumps, trips, collisions and minor injuries.

By purchasing a ticket and attending, parents/carers acknowledge these risks and agree to actively supervise their child/ren at all times. Children remain the responsibility of their parent/carer throughout the session.

Little Motor Co takes reasonable steps to provide a safe, clean and appropriately maintained play environment. However, to the extent permitted by law, Little Motor Co is not responsible for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the session, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Please do not attend if your child is unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. Please follow all safety instructions provided by Little Motor Co staff.

Little Motor Co will use food based sensory resources. Please inform us prior to attending, if a family member has an allergy.

Little Motor Co may take photographs and videos during the event for social media and marketing purposes. Images will be anonymous (over the shoulder) and will not show a child’s face.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
