We're passionate about movement and connecting with like-minded humans in nature. Please join us for a gentle run and yoga flow, followed by coffee and conversation, at one of Adelaide's most beautiful southern beaches.  

This is a free community offering or "pay what you can" - 100% of proceeds will go towards the Bob Brown Foundation in their fight for the protection of our native forests.
