Little Yogis
Event description
Come, relax and watch the children enjoy
With water views, snacks and coffee at the ready and a secure area, I have created this class with the parents in mind as your sanity is at the heart of my intention here also!
I know sometimes these planned classes can feel like a mission, getting there, attention span, keeping them safe in the space.
Overlooking the calming Noosa River, Fine Coffee Spa is the perfect location for little Yogis 2-4yrs class.
The structure will look like this.
15 mins
to arrive, get your carefully crafted hot/cold beverage (included in the cost), settle into the space.
The kids can come meet their friends and prepare themselves to start.
30 mins
Of planned lesson. Understanding that all ages and individual little souls will have their own idea and capabilities within a structured class so I am of the view that this is an introduction to what a class looks and feels like for them.
I will be keeping the floor open for the children to feel free to come and go from their parent as they feel safe and comfortable to do so. For this reason, parents will be required to stay within eyesight.
The intention is that the class will be intriguing and fun enough that they will be curious and want to come and enjoy of their own accord without having to be forced into it. Engagement will be their choice.
Each class will have breathe work, big body movements, song, games, stories, engaging props, fun and relaxation, all weaved through a fun and engaging story-like plan.
15 mins
Once we move into relaxation at the end, we will then have 15 mins or so to just enjoy however the children want to enjoy, maybe playing with the props, the books and each other as this is their social event for the day. This gives you, the parent that bit longer to breathe without too much of a worry.
Safe, happy, relaxed.
This will be an 8 week Course, children will be able to progressively learn class structure and the values of a yoga practice.
