Event description

The second edition of the Live at the Antlers series will take place on Tuesday, June 18 at 7pm. Admission is $225 and that cost is all-in, including entertainment, food, beverage (both alcohol or non-alcoholic dinner pairings), and your opportunity to be at this very special recording of Live at the Antlers with Vince Herman. A cash bar will be available beyond our menu pairings.

There is a pre-sale opportunity for guests who took a leap of faith and bought into our first "Live at The Antlers" event last October, and that sale is live now, we have sent an email out to those guests with an access code to purchase tickets early. General public tickets will go on sale Monday, April 1, at 10am MST. Please reach out to Anthony at ant@franciosibros.com or Séan at otpsean@yahoo.com with any questions, we will do our best to answer your question right away. We do believe this event will reach capacity, and will not be able to add more seats if and when that time arrives.

"Live at The Antler's" will be not only be a special event, but a special series that will forever live on. We are bringing something new to the table and beyond, join us for an evening that will satisfy all the senses a human can enjoy with a fine menu, incredible music, and a wonderful atmosphere.

We can't wait to host Vince, so many of us have been seeing him perform live for decades with Leftover Salmon. Ive seen a couple other amalgamations Vince has been involved in including The Vince Herman Band, Great American Taxi, the High Hawks as well. It's a true honor to have a legend of Colorado bluegrass to come tell a few stories, sing a few songs and share an exquisite meal in the coolest old bar in the west.

As this event will be video recorded, we do ask for our guests to be on board with what we are presenting. All guests must acknowledge that they may be photographed and videotaped as this series will reach video streaming platforms, in particular our own YouTube channel. We ask that when Tyree is playing, our guests kindly refrain from moving around the restaurant as well as chatting. It will be great to have full attention on the artist, and will really help capture the evening.

Dining you ask? You know it, Chef Chris "Hippie" Vargoshe is commanding our kitchen, offering a top-notch coursed meal that is sure to please the palette and the soul simultaneously. Chris is a friend of the family and proprietor of local company Elevated Cuisine. As a consultant to our family of restaurants and owner of his own private chef business Chef Chris as my son calls him is an artist in his own right and the perfect Chef for "Live at the Antlers".

My good friend and owner of Old Town Pub, Séan Regan, will also be playing a pivotal role here. Séan has been bringing quality entertainment to Steamboat for many years and his desire to offer a fun and comfortable experience will be a very nice touch to helping us achieve this goal. He will be leading the charge on the production side and helping to book top shelf talent for future evenings.

Raymond “Ray Ray” Gabriel will be the man behind the lens as he will capture the performance in 4k so we can offer a video of the event for the ages beyond. Ray Ray has done incredible work throughout his career, whether it be video marketing, high end photography, or archiving big days and celebrations, his work is continually next level!

The event will be recorded live and mixed by none other Dan Long. Dan was the long time sound engineer for OTP, Strings Music Pavilion, Beaver Creek's The Vilar, and Franciosi Bros. More recently Dan is the touring front of house engineer for Leftover Salmon. Legend that will live forever is Dan’s role in mixing the super group of Billy Strings wedding day…if you know you know. If you don't, it may have included a guy named Bobby with his pals Trey and Les.

Rounding out this crew of magicians is the proprietor of The Antlers who has opened his doors for me and all of you, Tim Kirkpatrick. Without TK’s desire to see a revival of the quaint and amazing town of Yampa, this event surely would not be finding fruition, I am grateful for his hard work and opportunity he is offering for myself, this team, and above all this community.

We are surely in the right hands to offer a primo experience, from top to bottom, and we are excited to host this new series “Live at The Antlers”. Thank you for being a part of this crazy idea, let’s have a good time with it. Below is the menu from Live at the Antlers with Tyree Woods! A new menu experience from Elevated Cuisine will be served featuring local producers!
