Stop surviving, start living free.

'My mission is to clear the path ahead just a little, so that you won't have to endure it alone. I want you to be free to live the life you deserve.'

Former world No. 4 tennis player, bestselling author, two-time Logie Award winner, commentator, presenter and motivational speaker Jelena Dokic shares the insights and tools that helped her reclaim her voice and her life – and shows you how you might be able to do the same.

Jelena’s approach is built on four essential pillars:

- Finding self-worth
- Vulnerability as a superpower
- Shattering the myth of perfection
- Finding peace and healing

Grounded in lived experience, she draws on her journey through hardship in her early life, adversity in her tennis career and the abuse she suffered at the hands of her father, which led to trauma and mental health challenges. She also reflects on dealing with doubters and shaming.

Through honest guidance, personal lessons, and practical tools and exercises, Live Free helps you to break old patterns and move forward with confidence. To lead with self-belief. To find strength in vulnerability. To let go of perfection and build a sense of self-worth so you can live free from shame.

Tickets are FREE but bookings are ESSENTIAL.

Please arrive at 6:45pm for a 7:00pm start.

This event is hosted by Mary Martin Bookshop in partnership with Metropolis Events and Southgate Precinct.
