This session isn’t about learning “AI” or becoming technical. It’s about showing you a simple, practical way to use it to take some pressure off your day-to-day plate – things like customer emails, marketing, and repeat admin tasks.

We’ll work through a real local business as a live case study, building a simple business profile that AI can follow. You’ll create the same profile for your own business as we go. And it's simpler than you think.

Once it’s in place, you can use it again and again to help draft emails, customer replies, quotes, and posts – without starting from scratch each time.

By the end of the session, you’ll have:

A simple business profile you can reuse when using AI
Examples of customer emails and replies you can adapt
A 30-day marketing plan you can follow or tweak
Draft Facebook and Google Business Profile posts
A small set of copy-and-paste prompts you can keep and use

Nothing is automated and nothing is sent without you checking it. This is about support, not replacement. You stay in control – AI just helps you move faster.

The workshop is beginner-friendly and hands-on. If you can answer questions about your business, you can take part. There’s no jargon, no complicated setup, and no expectation that you’ll “get it” straight away.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of where AI can actually help in a small, local business – and where it doesn’t need to be used at all.
