An experiential psychodrama group for people who wish to weave the threads of their life past and present to create the future of their dreams and goals.

Psychodrama is an experiential method- no acting experience needed and absolute beginners or experienced psychodramatists are all very welcome.

Session Details

There will be a maximum of 8 participants. These groups will be held fortnightly for 3 workshop days. People who wish to come to all 3 sessions receive a discount : $190 for all 3 sessions. Individual attendance will be $80 per workshop. Please email me if you only want to book for one or two of the workshops. 

The work of the group will evolve from the lives, issues and warm-ups of the participants.

Saturdays 8th and 22nd February and 8th March 2025. 10am to 4pm.

About the Facilitator:

Katherine Howard is an accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Psychodramatist, and Teacher with the School of Shamanic Womancraft. She has 40 years of experience as a consultant occupational therapist, counsellor and group therapist. She specialises in counselling for life transitions and relationship counselling. She has a counselling/psychotherapy and groupwork practice in Lane Cove and Katoomba.
