Over the last three months, it has been expansive and full of transition, growth and learnings for many of us.
Personally, I have landed in a new home and relocated my office, settled my family into their schools and neighbourhood, I have travel to our Aotearoa (New Zealand) where I have deepened by connect to self through breath work and light codes. I have ventured interstate to connect with a great mentor of mine for four days, and I have come home to what is true to me.
Through all the growth, all the expansion, all the moving pieces, all the abundance. ⠀

I am collaborating with a beautiful Soul, Monique. It is an absolute privilege and honour to share space with her as we transcend into a new space of being. A new space of acceptance. A new space or allowing.
I have been blown away with her commitment and passion for sharing her life’s work with others.
For Monique, this year has been about deep diving into meditation, devotional spiritual practices, energetics, Biophysics and vibrational medicine, particularly via sound and the freeing of our voices. Always an enthusiastic exerciser, she’s keeping balance by concurrently exploring intuitive movement, fascial release techniques, dance & mindfulness.

Together we assure you, modern life is NOT GOING TO CHANGE anytime soon, but what we CAN change is the way YOU approach life.
