Lauren Hill is a Life, Brand & Business Coach, Yoga & Meditation Instructor, Passionate Lover of Life and Head Wonder Woman at Camp Wondergirl. Her purpose is to inspire and empower people to express their brightest selves, manifest their wildest dreams and live their effin’ purpose so they can create the impact they are born to make. Lauren’s infectious, positive energy has impacted hundreds of people through her Coaching Services, Workshops and Transformational Events.

After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Art and working in a Corporate Advertising Agency for two years, her soul felt sucked and her heart felt empty. She made a bold decision to get a one way ticket from Washington, DC to New Zealand to ‘live the dream.’ Lauren spent the last 4 years on a self-discovering journey learning everything there is to know about true freedom, fulfillment and fun – from solo traveling in a van to living and working at Yoga Retreats to starting two of her own businesses.

Lauren is committed to activating as many spirits as possible to reclaim their power, their passions and their purpose so we can all rise up and create a new earth together.
