Congratulations for making this investment to yourself. I truly believe our body is our greatest gift, and that having our health and vitality is what makes our lives so wonderful. By honouring your body with this commitment and program I know we can make some amazing changes - some you may not even realise needed changing!

This protocol is originally inspired by Andreas Moritz Liver Flush, I encourage you to have a look into him, I have made some adjustments for a gentler approach.

To get you started have a look through the attachments, most importantly your list of what you will need so you can gather everything you'll need prior to beginning the course.

I would really encourage you to keep a journal throughout this transformational experience!!

Having ways to seek your peace will be helpful throughout the programme, the Liver is intrinsically linked with the emotion Anger and this may begin to come up for you throughout.
