Please make sure you have zoom downloaded on your computer or phone. Zoom link will be emailed to you the day of event a few hours before. Please arrive a few minutes early and have everything you need for class ready to go - blankets/yoga mat/pillows or bolster/water. Dress comfy and cozy We suggest ear buds or headphones for the sound bath at the end of class.
