A Free Community Wellbeing Event

LIVIN with The Breath Haus is a free, ticketed event bringing the Gold Coast together through movement, breathwork and connection. It creates an inclusive space where conversations about mental health feel natural, accessible and supported.

Join us on Burleigh Heads Beach to move your body in a guided movement session, followed by breathwork with The Breath Haus. Stay to connect with community partners who genuinely care about wellbeing. The Macro Mike team will also be joining us for the morning, offering free samples. All ages welcome.

Program
7:00am: Welcome and partner acknowledgement
7:05am: Movement session (30 mins)
7:35am: Breathwork and meditation with The Breath Haus (45 mins)
8:20am: Protein samples with Macro Mike and community connection

LIVIN is a not-for-profit mental health organisation that was founded in 2013 in loving memory of our good friend Dwayne Lally who took his own life after suffering in silence with a mental illness.

LIVIN provides a mental health education program designed to break the stigma surrounding mental health and promote positive mental health in team environments.

“People who need help sometimes look a lot like people who don't need help” - People may not always reveal how they are feeling so one of the most important things is understanding your family, mates, co-workers, and the people you spend time with well. Any change at all from what is normal behavior for them is often the first sign that they might be struggling. We encourage you to start a conversation if you are concerned and notice any physical, behavioral, emotional changes or verbal cues.
