LIVIN with The Breath Haus is a free ticketed event designed to bring the Gold Coast together through connection, movement, and conversation. Delivered during Gold Coast Wellbeing Week, the event creates an inclusive space where mental health conversations feel natural, accessible, and supported.

LIVIN with The Breath Haus invites locals to drop in, move their bodies with a movement workshop, followed by Breathwork with The Breath Haus, and connect with community partners who genuinely care about wellbeing. Suitable for all ages.
