They're back! Balancing Act's Urban Retreats at Om Studio

Join us and our epic facilitators for a fun and educational workshop focusing on how to live an anti-inflammatory lifestyle through mindful movement, food and lifestyle choices all of which have a ripple effect on how you feel inside and out. 

I am joined by the gorgeous Katrina Browne who is a registered naturopath, medical herbalist & clinical nutritionist who will be diving into what happens to women's bodies once they reach middle age. The impact on body composition, hormones, stress and so much more! 

We will also be joined by the incredible Kelly Parker who will be giving us an energising HITT Pilates class. 

You will come out of this entire session feeling inspired to make changes in your life so that you can start feeling your best! You will receive insightful tips, less of what's trendy and more practical information that you can actually benefit from. 

I cannot wait to introduce you to these amazing women and share their knowledge with you.
