I am very excited to be now offering Yoga at Windsor at the most amazing studio.

My stye of yoga suits all skill levels. I offer variations to each posture to suit where you are at.

Class is offered in studio style setting underneath a lovely home located in Windsor. There is only 10 people max in each class.

Living Bold Business Owner and Yoga Teacher

My yoga journey really started around 8 years ago when I was invited to attend a yoga retreat with a friend. The discovery of yoga and meditation gave me a new-found toolkit that I could use to take on the challenges in life.

I’ve learnt that when you feel overwhelmed you can sit on that mat and know that everything on that mat in that time and space you can control.

By completing my studies as Yoga Teacher, it has given a greater understanding of anatomy, power of breath work and using your body. It has also deepened my understanding of mediation and the union between body, soul and spirt.

With my partner Matt, we have a very busy blended family household. To help manage this I am passionate about sharing my love of yoga and especially how the relaxation and breath work helps overcome any anxiety or stress that life can bring.
