Through her healing journey Liz found connecting and building a relationship with her body, heart, soul, mind and spirit an incredibly powerful way to build that relationship with herself. In this busy world, we can be so quick to turn to others, to the internet, to AI for the answers when we have these sources of wisdom within.

During this workshop Liz shares how we can do this and how it can be applied to many different areas of life, whether it be goal-setting, connection, or aliveness.
