    Event description

Join three passionate change-makers working in fashion and textiles for a fascinating discussion on the social and ecological impact of fast fashion. The panel will look at the power of choosing slow fashion, embracing reuse and repair techniques to participate in building a circular economy that is better for the planet and better for your budget without sacrificing style.

Our panel of incredible and talented speakers include sustainable fashion expert, author and international public speaker Clare Press, award-winning sustainability advocate, ethical fashion speaker, and Ecostyles founder Nina Gbor, and visual artist, community art facilitator, curator and founder/President of Textiles Sydney Jane Theau. The event is moderated by sustainability & social impact champion, Hannah Franklin.

Held at the intimate and charming Stanton Library, guests will have the opportunity to engage with the panel in a concluding Q&A session and network with other like-minded attendees over light refreshments and nibbles provided on the night.

If you want to make the change to your style for the better but don’t know where to start, then this is the event for you!
