I'm Brian Berneman, and I'll say upfront what most people in this industry won't: I am not enlightened. I don't have all the answers. What I do have is over 15 years of deep, honest practice across some of the most powerful modalities I've found for human change.

Sound healing. Family Constellations. Somatic healing. Energy healing. Reiki. Mindfulness. Tibetan Yoga. Coaching. I've studied these not as techniques to sell, but because they've helped me (and the thousands of people I've worked with) actually shift things that were stuck.

I lived for two years at Tibetan Buddhist Retreat Centre immersed in the teachings of Tibetan Lama Tarthang Tulku. I've been a faculty member at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) since 2019. I co-own Good Magazine New Zealand and host The Conscious Action Podcast with 200+ episodes.

I work in English and Spanish. In-person in Auckland and online everywhere else.
