Living Room Lowdown at RUN72 - From Experience to Possibility
Description
From Experience to Possibility: Harnessing the Past and Future for Wellbeing
Join us for a Living Room Lowdown special - on-site at RUN72!
The session will be in conversation with Khan Richardson, a counsellor from TELUS Health.
Khan will share on how our past experiences can provide valuable lessons, strengths, and evidence of what we are capable of, while thinking about the future can give us hope, direction and inspiration. He will explore how we can use both the past and future in ways that support our wellbeing.
Whether you're looking to learn something new, meet like-minded people, or simply be part of a welcoming community, Living Room Lowdown is a space where honest conversations and genuine connections can thrive.

About Khan Richardson

I have been in private practice for the past eight years, supporting people through challenges including depression, anxiety, addiction, and relationship difficulties. My focus is on helping people move towards the life they want, even when they are facing significant challenges. My approach is informed by Solution-Focused Therapy, focusing on what people want to achieve, what is already working, and the small changes that can create meaningful progress.
I also draw on contemporary neuroscience to explore how the brain responds to stress, habits, attention, and change. By combining solution-focused ideas with insights into neuroplasticity and behaviour formation, I help people understand how they can develop patterns that support their wellbeing, values, and goals.
