How payment plans work

  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

Non-Refundable Deposit of $100 due by June 21 to secure your spot. Any spots not secured by the deposit by June 21, will be offered to those on the waiting list. The remaining $395 will be due no later than July 15 (a reminder to pay your balance will be sent prior). You may also choose to pay the full amount all at once if that’s your preference. Simply select Deposit option or Full Registration Fee based on your preference.
