The many alternatives to chemical monoculture are inspiring but can be confusing. How much work is involved? Can they really feed a modern society? Can they draw down enough carbon to save the planet? What will work in my own backyard?

Jed Walker will guide us through recent trends and findings to sort the chocolate cake from the horse manure, in an interactive session designed to leave you less confused and more inspired.

Succession growing strategies, e.g. Syntropic farming - Movement/global justice approaches, e.g.Permaculture - Carbon farming solutions, e.g. Agroforestry

Bring food to share. Bring the kids. Bring excess produce to share/exchange. Bring cash for raffle. Invite someone new.

Together we can grow Permaculture Blue Mountains - Please extend this invitation to someone in your world
