This half-day immersion offers a rare opportunity to explore the deeper connections between Ayurveda, yoga, and Jyotiṣa, three interwoven sciences of the Vedic tradition that together illuminate the relationship between life, health, and consciousness.

The session will be guided by Vaidya Dr Harsha Raju, a traditional Ayurvedic physician from a renowned South Indian family lineage whose medical knowledge has been preserved and transmitted across generations.

While introductory sessions introduce the foundations of Ayurveda, this intimate half-day format allows space to explore the deeper dimensions of these sciences, revealing how they complement and illuminate one another, and are relevant with our lives today.

Ayurveda does not view health merely as the absence of disease. It understands the health as “svāsthya” - being "established in Self", where vitality naturally expresses and nourishes others.

When Ayurveda is approached together with yoga and Jyotiṣa, a more complete picture emerges, one that reveals how physiology, awareness, joy and dharma are intimately connected.

Throughout the morning, the dialogue will gently unpack how these traditions help us recognise the intelligence already present within the body and within life itself, offering ways to refine perception, deepen understanding, and support genuine healing.
