You’ll hear from:

A local Women's Health doctor, who will cover common (peri)menopause symptoms, available treatment pathways, and how to access screenings and support

A Women’s Health Physiotherapist, who will explain what’s happening in your body during this natural life stage and share strategies to help you feel more comfortable, mobile, and confident

A local Dietitian, discussing how (peri)menopause can affect digestion and how nutrition can support symptom management

Mind‑body wellbeing professionals, exploring emotional wellbeing, stress, and the role of the mind‑body connection — including practical tools for communicating needs and setting boundaries at home and work
