Description

Join us on Sunday 7th June for a supportive series of community talks designed to help women better understand and navigate peri‑menopause and menopause.

Hear from trusted local health professionals who will share practical, evidence‑based information about symptoms, treatment options, lifestyle support, and how to access care through the medical and allied health system.

You’ll hear from:

  • A local Women's Health doctor, who will cover common (peri)menopause symptoms, available treatment pathways, and how to access screenings and support

  • A Women’s Health Physiotherapist, who will explain what’s happening in your body during this natural life stage and share strategies to help you feel more comfortable, mobile, and confident

  • A local Dietitian, discussing how (peri)menopause can affect digestion and how nutrition can support symptom management

  • Mind‑body wellbeing professionals, exploring emotional wellbeing, stress, and the role of the mind‑body connection — including practical tools for communicating needs and setting boundaries at home and work

This Community Talk day is part of a larger program supporting women with their journey through menopause. If you are also interested in joining a 12 week group exercise program (led by a Women's Health Physiotherapist and an Exercise Physiologist) please visit HERE for more info
