Struggling to connect and find meaningful 1:1 time with your daughter?
This is the program for you! This 6-week program will leave you feeling inspired, empowered and connected with your daughter. We want to encourage you to meet others with pre-teen daughters and to develop self-worth and identity!

    • Understanding healthy relationships - a compassionate approach (9th October)
    • Holistic wellbeing - step into the world of meditation and mindfulness (16th October)
    • Empowerment - loving ourselves and each other (23rd October)
    • Boundaries - Knowing, communicating and where to turn (30th October)
    • Identity - Honoring ourselves through art (Saturday 9th November)
