AFMA nominated, award winning artist LJ Parks is celebrating the release of her new EP “All Caught Up.” Joined by her full band (Dave Steel, Sam Burk, Declan Cooke and special guest Hannah May), she’ll be bringing her playfully wry and sincerely relatable tunes to The Grand Poobah stage for an energetic hometown show - with support from local legends Austin and Molly O’Brien.

Produced with ARIA award winning artist/producer Monique Brumby, “All Caught Up” is a bright EP full of catchy, earnest and relatable songs about getting through the day-to-day as a human. From the nostalgic blend of excitement melancholy of late nights out showcased in “Drunk People (Have The Best Ideas)” to the drudgery of paid labour in “Twenty Bucks An Hour,” LJ’s new tunes are backed by slick riffs and harmonies strongly influenced by some of Australia’s finest rock acts of the 80s and 90s with a modern edge. Whether you're a folkie or a rocker, there'll be something for everyone at this gig! Expect songs you can groove along to as well and some heartfelt melodies.
